We send your order via Post Office Recorded Signed For. The standard fee of £6.50 will be added at the checkout stage. We reckon that delivery should take from 2-5 working days. We will email you to let you know we have shipped and to give you a tracking number.
For other countries we send via Post Office or a recorded courier service. The standard fee £16.00 will be added when you checkout. Delivery should take about 4-10 working days. We'll also send an email with the tracking number once we have shipped your order.
We do offer a discounted combined shipping charge if you order multiple items. This will be applied at the checkout stage.
Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you'll be happy with your order but in the unlikely event that it's not quite right, we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were sent, unmarked and unworn with all tags intact. You need to tell us within 7 working days of delivery if you want to return an item.
All returns must be arranged with us in advance by emailing email@example.com.
- We will supply you with a Returns Reference Number which must be marked clearly on the package just above our address.
- Please print off the order email you received and include it in the return package.
- Always return items to us via recorded delivery and send us the tracking number once it is on the way. We can only process your return if you email us the tracking number as we can't be held responsible if the item doesn't get to us.
We will always try to process returns promptly but it might take up to 21 days to receive your refund or exchange.
Our Delivery Address
- We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on fabrics. Fabrics are measured and cut to your order.
- We insist that all returns and exchanges are sent by a recorded service. Kumiko Watari does not except liability for any goods lost or damaged.
- Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Kumiko Watari.
- Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete so don't panic and do email us if you have concerns.
- Customs duties, taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
